## Agreement [#agreement]

By using Wallpaper.art, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

## Service [#service]

Wallpaper.art provides AI wallpaper generation, task history, credits, gallery publishing, collections, and related creator tools.

## User Content [#user-content]

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded reference images, generated outputs you publish, titles, tags, comments, and profile information. Do not upload or publish content you do not have the right to use.

You grant Wallpaper.art a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, resize, display, distribute, and promote content you publish on the service. This license is limited to operating, improving, moderating, and marketing Wallpaper.art. Private generations remain subject to the permissions and storage settings available in the product.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse content that appears to violate law, intellectual property rights, safety policies, payment provider rules, or community standards.

## Credits and Payments [#credits-and-payments]

Credits are consumed when generation starts. Failed generations may be refunded according to system rules. Paid plans, subscriptions, refunds, and renewals are handled through the configured payment provider.

Model pricing, credit costs, high-resolution download costs, bundle export costs, and provider availability may change. We will show the applicable cost before charging credits when the product flow requires confirmation. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the available billing flow. Unless required by law or expressly stated in the checkout flow, consumed credits, completed generations, high-resolution downloads, and digital exports are not refundable.

Creator earnings, style pack purchases, and revenue share records are subject to fraud checks, moderation status, chargebacks, tax requirements, and payout provider availability. Wallpaper.art may reverse earnings associated with refunded, fraudulent, or policy-violating transactions.

## Prohibited Use [#prohibited-use]

Do not use Wallpaper.art to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute harmful content, abuse AI providers, bypass limits, or interfere with platform security.

Do not attempt to scrape private content, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer signed URLs, abuse API keys, submit malware, automate spam, generate sexual content involving minors, impersonate others, or create content that violates provider or platform safety policies.

## Accounts and Security [#accounts-and-security]

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that present security, legal, fraud, payment, or abuse risks.

## Intellectual Property [#intellectual-property]

Wallpaper.art, its brand assets, website design, software, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content and rights expressly granted to you, these terms do not transfer ownership of Wallpaper.art intellectual property.

AI-generated outputs may be subject to provider terms, applicable law, and the rights of third parties. You are responsible for checking whether a generated or uploaded wallpaper is appropriate for your intended use, including commercial use.

## Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability [#disclaimers-and-limitation-of-liability]

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI outputs can be inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallpaper.art disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, or provider outages.

## Availability [#availability]

The service may change as models, providers, pricing, and moderation policies evolve.

We may update, limit, suspend, discontinue, or replace features, models, providers, pricing rules, credit policies, and moderation workflows. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party model providers, storage providers, payment providers, email providers, networks, or force majeure events.

## Termination [#termination]

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, fail payment, or abuse the platform.

## Governing Law [#governing-law]

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Wallpaper.art, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction may still apply.

## Changes [#changes]

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the product where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
